Personally identifiable information (PII) refers to data that identifies Users. GoVote obtains PII from User when User registers on this Website, submit comments or material to GoVote via this Website, ask for information, subscribe to receive emails or other notices or feeds, make a purchase with GoVote, or otherwise submit PII to us. Specifically, we may collect the following personal information: your name, email address, telephone numbers, and other demographic information (like zip code, age, address, education or income level, employment information).

If you make a payment through our website, your account information relating to your method of payment will be collected by GoVote or GoVote's authorized payment processor. We use the PII information to process your requests and/or payments. We will send you emails and other communications to keep you up to date about GoVote and its users and advertisers. GoVote will not share your name, email address, physical address and other demographic or response information with other persons or entities. Edits/Opt-Out Options

GoVote gives users the option to edit the personal information you have already given us and/or to remove your name from our roster, or unsubscribe from any email lists or notices that we send out. Please note: if you receive notices from other entities, you will need to contact them if you have any questions.


Notice to Parents

GoVote does not collect or seek personal information from persons under the age of 13. GoVote encourages parents to talk to their children about safe and responsible use of their Personal Information while using the Internet, and GoVote has no ability to definitively determine the age of persons using this site.


Advertising Billing and Payment

Payment is due in full upon submittal of advertising. Payments are non-refundable, with the exception of advertising rejected by GoVote. GoVote reserves the right to cancel existing orders for any reason and may refuse new orders. Buyer may cancel an ad order at any time, but no refund(s) will be made.

Because of the requirements of federal and state law governing disclosure of the sponsor(s) of political advertising, GoVote.com has provided a process by which advertisers provide the appropriate disclaimer applicable to their communications. Only those advertisements with disclaimer information will be posted on the GoVote.com website. GoVote.com does not file campaign finance reports with any federal, state or local regulatory agency. All reporting, disclosure and compliance obligations imposed under federal and state law on advertisers and sponsors are the sole responsibility of the sponsoring entity and not GoVote.com.

GoVote will not be responsible for errors appearing in advertisements. All advertising material shall be furnished by Buyer. All expenses connected with the delivery of advertising material to GoVote shall be paid by Buyer. GoVote will not be responsible for losses incurred from errors in advertisements. Buyers are responsible for checking the accuracy advertising. The Buyer should carefully check the entire ad.

GoVote does not guarantee any given level of circulation or readership for an advertisement.

The Buyer assumes liability for all content (including text representation and illustrations) of advertisements published and also assumes responsibility for any claims arising there from made against GoVote, including costs associated with defending against such a claim. All advertising copy that might be mistaken by a reader as news, feature or other non-advertising materials must be clearly marked "advertisement". In the event such copy is not clearly marked, the "advertisement" notation will be added by GoVote.

Absent the specific written commitment by GoVote, all positions are at the option of GoVote, and no adjustments, reinstatements or refunds be made because of the position and/or section in which an advertisement has been published.


Failure to Publish

If, due to public emergency or necessity, force majeure events, restrictions imposed by law, acts of God, labor disputes or for any other cause, including mechanical or electronic breakdowns, beyond GoVote's control, an omission of any advertisement contracted to be carried hereunder, GoVote may suggest a substitute date for publishing the omitted ad. If no such substitute date is acceptable to Buyer, GoVote may at its discretion allow Buyer a pro rata reduction in the charges hereunder.


Indemnity

Buyer agrees to hold and save GoVote harmless against all liability resulting from the publication of advertising material furnished by Buyer. It is agreed that no other liability will be acknowledged between the advertiser and the publisher by reason of this contract.


Payment Methods

All purchase requests must be submitted with a major credit card unless otherwise expressly stated. The total price will be billed in US currency.


Bank and Credit Card Fees

Some banks and credit cards impose fees for transactions. GoVote is not responsible for any fees charged directly to the user for any transaction. If you have any questions about fees applied, please contact your bank.


Taxes Due

If a Federal, state or local tax or fee is imposed for any transaction conducted by and between GoVote and the User and/or Buyer, payment of such tax or fee shall be the sole obligation of the User and/or Buyer.


Miscellaneous

The captions in these Terms and Conditions are only for convenience and do not, in any way, limit or otherwise define the terms and provisions of these Terms and Conditions. GoVote is not responsible for any errors or delays in responding to a request caused by incorrect information provided by you or other technical problems beyond their control.


Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and those terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement (collectively, the "Agreement") between you and GoVote relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this Site. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.


General

GoVote's obligations hereunder are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Failure of GoVote or Buyer to enforce any of the provisions herein shall not be construed as a general relinquishment or waiver as to that or any other provision.


Governing Law

The internal laws of the State of Nevada shall govern the performance of these Terms and Conditions, without regard to such state's conflicts of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Nevada, USA, for all disputes arising out of, or relating to, the Terms and Conditions and use of this Site.


Amendments

GoVote reserves the right to change these Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy at any time, by posting amended terms on this web site. Use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms and conditions. We reserve the right to apply the amended terms to the information we have already collected, subject to any legal constraints.
